      OVERVIEW

Mission Redevelopment, Inc. (Mission) is a small minority and woman-owned real estate development and consulting firm, and has been certified as a participant in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 8(a) Program. In addition the firm has been certified as a DBE with the State of Georgia, and as an African American Business Enterprise and Female Business Enterprise with the City of Atlanta.

Mission provides consulting and program management services to real estate developers, property owners, non-profits, institutional clients, and financial institutions of all types. With a focus on community and neighborhood revitalization, Mission provides an array of services intended to support the real estate development and finance industry.

These services may include organizational assessments; review, ranking, and processing of loan and grant requests; procurement services; program design for public agencies; and administrative support services for both the government and private sectors.

Mission’s recent engagements have included coordination of planning and design efforts; financial structuring; identification of funding sources; management of architectural document preparation and construction estimating; development team selection; preparation of financing applications; managing pre-closing tasks; owner representation during the construction period; and coordination of leasing and sales.

The firm works with a wide variety of strategic partners including privately owned firms, not-for-profits, and public agencies. Mission tailors its activities to meet the needs of each particular client and engagement.
